Our lives are crazy... crazier than I think we've ever imagined. Moments, days, weeks, and months have gone by in what feels like a blink of an eye. Our babies are growing up and we can't always catch our breath. I did a decent job keeping track of Taylor's milestones and big moments but I have to admit that I have been a little less on top of Avery's. So, while I may not remember how much Avery weighed at her 6 month check up I don't want to forget the way she looks at her sister. I don't want to forget the way Taylor dances when she watches the Fresh Beat Band and she thinks that we aren't watching. I don't want to forget how Avery squeezes my neck and buries her head in to my hair when I pick her up. I don't want to forget the way Taylor sneaks down the stairs after her nap hoping to surprise us. Everyday these moments happen and they help us to realize and appreciate all the love we have in our crazy house.
So here goes. The start of a new blog. A place where Mike and I can both write down things we want the girls to know. The things we want to remember and the stories we want to tell them as they grow up.
